About Selfroom
Selfroom is an iPhone app for tracking habits, focus sessions, and meals, with optional community sharing.
Account information
You can sign in using Google or Apple. Selfroom's server stores account identifiers and, where provided, your sign-in name, email address, and profile photo URL.
Habits, focus, and nutrition
Habit and progress records, focus history, and saved nutrition information sync to Selfroom's server. Screen Time blocklists stay on your device.
AI meal analysis
If you choose AI meal analysis, your meal photo, optional photo note, or meal description is sent through Selfroom's server to OpenRouter and its selected model provider for analysis. See OpenRouter's privacy policy for information about its practices.
Community sharing
The name and photo of active accounts are searchable by signed-in users. Sharing a focus achievement is optional. Community posts and likes are visible according to their selected audience and current access permissions.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion in the app. Account access is revoked, profile details are cleared, and Community content is removed or stripped. Synced history is cleaned up afterward. Some account and provider identifiers are retained. Deleting your Selfroom account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
